Dr. Philip Truscott Philip Truscott is the chief programmer of the ultra fast statistical program, QStat, which was independently assessed as the fastest available statistical program in a competitive evaluation by the Census Micro Data Research Unit at Manchester University in Great Britain. His doctoral work involved devising a taxation and welfare benefit modeling system to give policy research tools to ordinary people. In New York City he worked for the innovative Market Research Company, Eric Marder Associates, the inventors of the Single Unit Market Model and Strategy Evaluation Program. He developed software that enabled the company to transition from mailed questionnaires to Internet surveys. He has taught at the United Kingdom Civil Service College and The King's College in New York. He has also performed as a stand up comedian in many venues including London's prestigious Leicester Square "Comedy Store." Dr. Brent Boyer Brent Boyer's most recent work has involved software development. Past positions include stints at Deutsche Bank and Bank of America. His undergraduate degrees were two B.S. degrees in physics and mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin. He then earned a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Stanford University, where his thesis concerned vortex flow devices made from high temperature superconductors. He currently lives with his wife Lily in Manhattan, New York. Josh McCormack Josh McCormack is a Senior Project Manager, producer and programmer in web development. He has over 8 years of experience in helping finance, branding, and broadcast media meet marketing objectives through the web. He's worked with ABC Radio Networks, Coca-Cola, Smith Barney and Dassault-Falcon, among others. He lives with his wife, Valerie and daughter Julia in New York City, where they are active members of Redeemer Presbyterian Church. Dr. Sandra Wales Sandra T. Wales received her B.A. in creative writing/journalism from Purdue University. She earned both an M.A. in theater and her doctorate in curriculum and instruction from West Virginia University. Education was the main focus of her career for several years. Dr. Wales taught special education before becoming a high school principal. Simultaneously, she wrote articles for journals and magazines until she retired. Dr. Wales recently came out of retirement to teach English at Western Kentucky University. Since leaving the public school system, Dr. Wales has focused on fiction. She has four historical novels published under a pen name. Dr. Wales lives on a farm with the usual farm creatures and a few unusual ones.
